I love everything about it, food was fast , hot and very good I would very much so be a regular here.
My husband and I went out to Ruth's Chris this past Saturday. The food was exquisite!! The greatest steak I have ever had. The service was perfect, our waiter Chris was very friendly. We will continue to come for the best steak in the City.
The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Also, the food was absolutely phenomenal. I had the filet and my boyfriend had the chicken while we shared the lobster mac n cheese. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was due to the valet. They forgot about us to which we waited patiently for 15 minutes until we felt something wasn't right. When asked the valet staff where our car was, he smoothly handed his coworker our key to retrieve the car. Total of 20 minute wait. Overall the experience inside was great.

I visited Ruth's Chris yesterday for my birthday celebration . Our waiter a middle aged Caucasian male was extremely dry he wasn't rude but he extremely unenthused which pissed me off. The stuffed chicken and creamed spinach was delicious.Hopefully we won't ever have the same dry waiter.The valet guy tried to steal a dollar from my best friend and she was gonna tip him anyway smh he won't get far trying to BE slick
It was my first time here, only went cause I had taste for a steak, my waiter was dry, not friendly at all, no suggestions, nothing, I had the New York Steak, Med well, It Was ok, I Also had mashed potatoes, THEY Were Instant. ..lol..my sister asked the Manger, and of course he said no, my friend had lobster tail, which was very dry. .I love steak, thank God there are plenty other steak houses

The steak here is the best ever. You definitely dont need steak sauce.
