I really like the petite filet. It is prepared just the way I like and has never disappointed. They do need to work on their special occasion service though. When we celebrated my grand-daughter's birthday there it was as if they had not been told in advance it was a special occasion. Because of this failure I am giving them a three. If they work on this, and continue to serve great steak I would upgrade the rating to a 5.
Thanksgiving was a total mess! Arrived 15 minutes before our reservation at 6:30. The line to check in was really long. 40 minutes later we still were waiting to check in - the hostess was doing everything except her job- and I received an email reservation cancellation. I had to actually call to talk to someone and finally someone came down from upstairs to seat us. My steak, and my mother’s steak, came out much more rare than ordered. We head to Ruth’s following each Apple Store purchase.... great tradition. Today is my husband’s 75th birthday, so yesterday he got his “wished for” iWatch2 and yummy meal out with you to celebrate his life. Great lunch ( burger and chilled seafood salad), terrific wait staff Tyler and lovely setting to pause. Thx for being part of our family traditions.
Best and favorite Happy Hour I have found. Great service and the food is fantastic.
RecommendedSteaks were beyond great. Tomahawk Ribeye couldn't have been better. Service was attentive and superb. They even prepared for us a dish from scratch that wasn't on the menu ( Lobster Mashed Potatoes!!) Absolutely fabulous dining experience!!!
