I would've gave it zero stars, but the one star was for our server Miss Martinez and the great tasting steaks, I should of went to a Texas roadhouse(now I know) My sister-in-law, my two daughters and I had a reservation elsewhere and they had to cancel it due to a private event going on. My friends and I waited to be greeted for 20 mins. We had to ask to receive water. I order a Caesar salad to come out with everyone’s else food and my salad still didn’t come out until 5 mins after their food came out. For this to be an high quality restaurant, i truly believe I shouldn’t have this much of a delay with ordering food. Ruth Chris inner harbor please do better
When we were seated, they put me and my wife at a corner table which seemed fine except the door to the restaurant was on the other side of the wall. The door would slam and bang every time it was opened, which was very annoying. It took 20 minutes to get just water. We got out alcoholic beverages before we got water. We went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Immediately we were greeted with our names and wished a happy anniversary. Our waiter was amazing, very attentive but not overwhelmingly so. (I regret that I cannot remember his name.) My husband and I both ordered the 6oz. Petite Filet and Shrimp from the Prix Fixe menu.
