The Filet was prepared to perfection, I did feel a little uncomfortable. I am not used to such a lavish Restaurant. Though I did love the food.

We are regular customers at Ruth's Chris. Tonight, my petite Filet that I ordered medium was well done. Didn't have time to wait on another one and you like to eat with your table anyway. We had drinks, sides and steaks. Thought it was shocking that the 40 dollar steak was over cooked and the manager offered nothing. No price reduction, no dessert, no $ certificate to come back and try again. We are regulars but maybe need to head to Rick Erwin's next time. We will be calling the restaurant Monday to complain.

Been several times.. was not excited about going again... But, my "group" decided. By far, the best experience I've had. The "welcome" stand was courteous. They even gave us a separate room because of our infant. JOHN was our waiter, and he exceeded our demands. You guys have stepped up your game and it was really appreciated..

Awesome food, Awesome service ...Everyone was very nice.
I didn't like the 1 hour wait time after I made reservations 2 months ahead!!!! However it was well worth the wait!!! The food and drinks were amazing my wife and had a great valentine day dinner... the steak was the best steak I've ever had and trust me, I know good steak!!!!!!
