We’ve eaten our Christmas get together dinner at Ruth’s Chris the last eight years. This one was slightly forgetable. One steak was ordered medium well and came out basically medium rare on 1/2 of the steak. The mashed potatoes were tasty but on the cold side. We went through half the meal before our drinks/tea were refilled. Even with the less than acceptable experience, this year, we will probably go back next Christmas.

Excellent service, positive atmosphere, and stupendous servers! I appreciate the Ruth Chris staff for making my mom feel special on her birthday. Totally worth the money for the experience you get 😊❤️

My husband and I was very disappointed the way our steaks was prepared. The had a burnt outer crispy coating like you burn from an outdoor grill. I asked the waiter why were they like that and he said they were cooked over a 1000 degree grill or oven and I was wondering whose fault was that. With the name Ruth Chris the could do better. The salad was whimpeyinstead of freshly and the taste proved the point. The servers was friendly and seemed they were sorry for the Experience. We joined friends for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a very poor experience. Three of us ordered the traditional Thanksgiving dinner and it was not tasty and it arrived to our table cold. The dressing was mushy and was flavorless. The fourth person ordered steak and it was not cooked to order and his potatoes arrived almost at the end of his meal. The cost of the meal did not fit the experience. I will not return.

I had the ribeye which was the most delicious steak that I’ve ever had! My baked potato was huge and the bread was freshly baked. My husband had the thanksgiving dinner and it was fabulous as well. We’ll be back!

Went for Thanksgiving dinner with friends - not a particularly good experience. The three traditional Thanksgiving meals came out cold except for the sweet potato casserole. The turkey and dressing were not ANYTHING like you would serve at home. French fries with the steak order were late in coming out (went to wrong table) and were mediocre -- all for $140+ (For 2 people)! Don't mind paying the price if it's worth it and this definitely was not worth it. WIll not return. Very disappointed.
