Expected to be "Wowed" based upon the prices charged - was not, plus they do not honor the Corporate offer of the free dinner for graduates - seems somewhat deceptive.

We ate there last night. Mallory was our sever and was Great. The food was good, but not what I was expecting. I had heard it was melt in your mouth steaks. While the steaks were good, it wasn't the melt and your mouth experience I was expecting. The sides had a lot to be desired.

Our 1st trip to Ruth's was a birthday dinner,I have no complaints about the service at all,maybe a little over the top,but at least we were not ignored.Food was good,but not out of this world.I had the Cowboy,cook just as order.I think Ruth's could use new steak knifes.We did not care for the back room,just did not feel comfortable.We also feel the pricing was high.I will try again someday and will ask for different sitting.Everyone was very friendly and kind.

I have to say, for my first Ruth's experience in Greenville, I was not very impressed. The service was great, no complaints. The food however, for the price, was SOOO not worth it. For $37 - $42 an entree, when I take a bite I want to say "WOW, that's amazing", not "Hmm, it's OK." To be a well known steak house, their signature item, STEAK, was the least enjoyable part of the meal. The sides were very tasty, but I don't go to a steak house for sides.

Brian was our server, and his timing was always perfect. We felt like he was there just for us. Very personable and friendly. The food was great, and it has quickly become a favorite place to go.
