It started off with Kristina booking and decorating our private room to help celebrate my daughter's 20th bday and my Neice graduation. Their greetings made us feel welcomed as we walked in the doors, they were more than accommodating throughout the night, the food was excellent, our menus were personalized with my daughter's and Neice names, they took and framed individual pics of them, they were courteous and funny, all making it a memorable night. Thank you!

It was a disaster right from the beginning. Drink orders were wrong and then the waitress brought a glass of olive juice so we could remake our own martinis. Waited 45 minutes for salads. Steaks came out and then waited 15 minutes for sides. Manager apologized but even he forgot our request for more bread after 3 requests. Steaks were not done properly. Waitress tried to be funny but came across as more sarcastic. Entire dinner for 6 totally comp'd. We left a tip...not sure why! Will never return. You are paying for the name... read more

We had an early (5:30) reservation. We had 2 servers and an assistant and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete dinner for 3 with no drinks and no appetizer. Nobody came to check on us, we had to flag someone down each time we needed drink refills or anything else. Very dissapointing service for such an expensive place. The food was good, but not worth the bad experience of being overlooked all night.

I would give minus stars if possible. Last night at Ruth Chris Steakhouse I had one of the most unpleasant dinning experiences ever, and I've been around eating in restaurants, both in NY City and elsewhere for more than 50 years.. We got there around 4:45 pm planning to have a few drinks at the bar and then to eat dinner in the dining room. We were with Des and Norma Gill. Service was horrible. Food was ok but not near the quality I was expecting. Chose Ruth's Chris for our anniversary and will not be going back. The table next to us this evening had a similar experience.

Our party of 13 attended Ruth Chris for my birthday celebration and I was highly disappointed. I've been to the Orlando location, which was Supreme service and food. I honestly can't say that for the Sarasota location. It was subpar service and the quality of food was not worth the $1200 bill. Wrong orders, waiting for the last meal to arrive 15 mins after everyone else was served, 30 mins for a glass of water, 30 mins to receive the bill and the Chefs should know the proper temperature for Lobster before it turns to rubber.... read more

Everything was spot on. Steak was amazing. Bret was our waiter and he was superb!
