My wife and I have tried every restaurant in Sarasota and there are only a few that we would say were 5 stars from start to finish. Ruth's Chris is one that has satisfied us every time and although we are tough critics we can find anything we would change about our experiences there.
I would actually give it a 3.5 but that's not an available option. The service was good but we didn't really experience anything special about the steaks or the atmosphere that warranted the high price. My bf very much enjoyed his clam chowder before the meal and I loved my very yummy sweet potato casserole and the three well seasoned shrimp that topped my 6 oz steak. Good steaks but probably the most overpriced steak we've eaten in a long time. Restaurant lacking in atmosphere but enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Think this place is simply trying to punch way beyond its weight. Plenty other better places to spend your dollars ( lots of them) at.
Oh boy, where to start, the staff from concierge to the waiters, everyone were so friendly and attentive. The food, steak melted in my mouth, broccoli tasted so fresh, everything was so well done. Delicious, this restaurant did not disappoint. I will definitely be sharing this experience with friends and family. Thank you!
Not very pleased with our experience. Celebrated our anniversary there with a couple of steak dinners. They were both under cooked and nothing to write home about. Sent back to cook them then our sides were cold when they returned. I just feel for the price we paid they should have known how to cook them and been amazing. They were not!
Was a Great experience as soon as the door was opened for our group. The service was fantastic. The food was cooked to perfection. I would absolutely reccomend this dining experience as an A+. Great job to all involved with our wonderful dinner last night. Can't wait to do it again.....Thank You!!
Always the best of the best. Any Ruth's Chris, Sarasota, Richmond, Chicago, New Orleans and EB Greens in Buffalo, NY my favorites. Have eaten at them all.
Perhaps all you need to do is ask your server at any other steak house to use an 1800 degree oven to sear your prime steak. And kindly treat you like royalty. Consistently stellar.
As always great service, great food ... Last time we had the seafood tower and filet ....
