We had Rob as our waiter. Simply elegant and professional. Food was the best.
Family was treated to Ruth's Chris by visiting son from Indiana. Service and food was great. They were out of the dessert several of us ordered, and the chef came to our table with apologies and complimentary substitutes. Long discussion with Phil the manager who was very helpful in alerting us to upcoming specials such as Savor Sarasota.
We were treated very well, and the entire meal was outstanding!

Best steak, they only serve USDA prime, which we learned represents only 3% of the meat in the US. Their buttery, flavorful strip lived up to our expectations and beyond. Our waitress, Janelle, was so professional, the pace of the meal - perfect. I tried the roasted bacon & honey butter brussel sprouts and was not dissapointed. We can't wait to go back!!
Food was below average. Took a long time to get water refills and even forks to eat with. Will not be back.
You can ALWAYS be Guaranteed that Great Service and Great Food....
Never disappointed, however Sunday my ribbeye was ALL FAT and undercooked
