Very good service, and the food was delicious. I went at lunch time. Everyone had a smile and made our visit pleasant.
I have to say as this was my first visit to Ruth's...this may be my last. Greeted by a hostess who was pretty rude when we walked in. Restaurant clearly was not packed. Told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait so I was shocked. Open table showed 8 pm reservations available and was 8:00 on the dot. When I mentioned this I was told they were full and behind and even with a reservation I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes! I felt like I was being rejected and felt my business wasn't welcome. I went here last night with my parents for my birthday when I got there they had the cutest decorations for me my waitress was great however the steak that I was looking forward to the most tasted like roast beef more than a steak and the lemonade I got was undrinkable didn’t want to tell my waitress that cause she was so nice but the lobster Mac and cheese was so good I would definitely come back for that but I was disappointed on the steak for all the hype I’ve heard about this place over all I will come back just might tr... read more

The service and food was excellent. We will definitely visit again when we are in Atlanta. It would be great if we had one in Augusta, Georgia. �
We had a great time!!!!!! Food was Great and I can not said enough about Brittany the waitress was awesome.
