Great food / great service / terrible management. Was having a great 38th wedding anniversary dinner with my wife and son until they totally shit the bed when I tried to use a $100 American Express gift card and my gold American Express Card. The transaction is still wrong and management’s handling of the situation is abysmal. Turned what should have been a relaxing and awesome experience into anger and stress for my entire family over $20 lousy dollars. Best steak ever !!!!!!!!
I had lunch there today at the Kennesaw location. It was absolutely fabulous. My server Lori was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Overall our experience was good, but we were a little disappointed. The service was a little slow, but not terrible. My wife and I both ordered the filet and lobster. Both of our lobster tails tasted fishy. I think on my next visit I will just order the filet.
The service was excellent, but the quality of the steaks was subpar, especially for what the bill was. I’ve had much better steak and paid a lot less for it.
I’m a big fan of you guys but yesterday wasn’t your day, my stuffed chicken was under cooked the first time, I asked for a new one and that one was to dark and dry, my Mom’s steak was on point along with the stuffed mushrooms, so all wasn’t lost, I’m gonna have to take some time away and maybe when I come back I’ll be in love again .
