It should be called rude and arrogant Ruth's will never ever go there again. Well I most say the GM handled this in a professional manner and I will be going back there
My waitress literally left the table during my order to tend to another table. My needs were NOT met. I waited too long for my drinks, my lobster was WAY OVER COOKED. NOT returning ever!! Only thing good was the Lemon drop martini ���
