Service exceptional , Steven gave us space and time to enjoy our amazing evening celebrating the graduation of my nephew. Best Ruth’s Chris we have been to!

I have visited this location multiple times. The service has been great. The food has been exactly as I expected. I was born and raised in Chicago. We have a high bar for steak. This Knoxville location has not disappointed.

We waited 2 hours on food! The service was good , the soup and sides were not good! Our steaks were over done with way to much pepper! We will not be back! Not impressed
Beautiful decor, excellent waitstaff and exceptional food..would highly recommend! (Try the stuffed chicken breast, you won't be disappointed!)

My husband and I went to dinner for our anniversary. We had a reservation and only had to wait a few minutes for our table. My husband had requested a view of the water and our table did have a nice view. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive. I ate half of my salad and wanted to take the other half home. The waiter took it without us noticing but was more than happy to have a new one made to take with us. The steaks are undercooked so order the next level up. My husband and I dine at Ruth’s Chris every year for our anniversary. We’ve been to a few different locations, but Knoxville has always been our favorite. We always have a wonderful experience and the food is amazing. Our waiter yesterday was so sweet to us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great dinner. Thank you!
