Arden has better service but the food was still good .
Every year we have our anniversary dinner here and pretty much every year is great! We've had Travis as our waiter these past 2 years and service was excellent on his part. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they no longer offer my fave dessert...the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie. Good thing we only go once a year! p.s. Their sweet potato casserole is to die for!!! I order it every year (Specialty Sides) for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We split a 16oz ribeye, a baked potato, and creamed spinach. Everything was delicious and brought leftover steak home. They sat us in booth. Very romantic. We ordered their banana cream cake. They brought it with a candle and the plate had 'happy birthday ' written in chocolate. Perfect service. Perfect place for celebrating special occasion. Well worth the expense.
It was the first visit for my friend and I, and I wasn't thrilled with it. The food was excellent but the service was very disappointing. The server forgot our wine so that took 15 mins to get. The salad took another half hour, and we were over an hour in before the meal came. It was not even busy. Mine was delicious but my dinner companion was not pleased with his steak, which was extremely salty. We celebrated my Mothers 80th Birthday. We had a total of 12 family and friends and the service could not have been any better. We had two servers taking care of us and it was awesome. And then the food came and it was incredible. I highly econmend Ruth's Chris for family events!!!
Great service, superb food, and fabulous drinks...great atmosphere, not at all pretentious but classy.
I expect excellent service and amazing food from Ruth's Chris, however, the former is not what we received today. We come to Ruths Chris every year to celebrate my grandparents dual birthdays, so we were excited to celebrate tonight. However that celebration was dampened by inferior service (constantly having to ask for refills, multiple wrong drinks to the wrong people) and excessive wait times (over an hour for dinner, 10-15 mins for dessert and after waiting we had to go find the manager to pay our bill!) Amazing food and gear service. Make sure to make a reservation. The crab cakes were delicious and the mash potatoes were bomb. Steak was great too. Not one bad thing to say!
