Steak was way over cooked and small for $57.00. It was sent back and it was grainy and had no taste. I went to celebrate birthday and it was my food that was made wrong.
The food was very good, but the tables were much, much closer than 6 feet away and there were parties of 12 and more in the same room we were seated. We felt VERY uncomfortable with how close the tables were. We will NOT revisit until Covid is less rampant. Very sad to see such a fine establishment allow so many people be seated so close to one another. When I say close, I mean 2-3 feet apart. Worst Ruth’s Chris we’ve ever been to! Service was terribly slow, drinks were empty 80% of the time we were there. We were never served any bread. Never got the baked potato I ordered, the other 2 potatoes we recieved were not as ordered. And to top it off, the $60 steak I ordered wasn’t even cooked correctly (as ordered). I’ve literally gotten better food and service and Texas Roadhouse or Outback Steakhouse. Service is horrible... waited and waited and waited... steaks were good though
The food was amazing and so were the people and service ... they applied for those loans legally people need to quit giving this amazing restaurant bad reviews do to these loans that they legally obtained ... if youre upset you should have applied for the loans soon instead of back lashing awesome businesses that were on the ball to keep their company running !!
Shame on this huge company for taking the Stimulus help designed for the mom and pop small business. Greedy ugly move. So glad you were caught and have to return it
