Well we have come to know Ruth Chris as our family special place. Until this evening went we took a group of 6 friend to Ruth Chris and received just horrible service and food. They wanted to comp my steak and rotten potato, but I would have just rather had a meal I could eat instead of going out to eat when I left this place. I cannot say anything good about the attitude and BS I received from Assistant Manager Alan Schultz. Beware never go to the Ruth Chris Dallas location.
Zack was amazing! Ron (the manager) was amazing! The food was A1 & I'm super picky and high maintenance when it comes to food! My drink was perfectly made. Shoutout to the bartender and chef! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely one of the best places I have ever eaten at. I don't eat a lot of steak and I'm pretty biased about the ones I do eat because they always are home made by myself but I've been happily turned.
The best service in town. The food and drinks are awesome and the service is the best ever. You can meet new friends very easy here. I love and enjoy everything about this restaurant. Top notch
