Terrible steak. My first steak was burnt to a crisp, I sent it back. The second steak was full of fat and I could hardly chew it. The flavor was horrible. The manager comped the steak. I would never go back. The whole terrible deal lasted 2 hours. DO NOT EAT there I feed my dog way better than what they serve.
We went there on 10/06/2015, first time we had ever been. The service was good however, the steaks we very tough and for the money we spent on one meal (which was al-a-cart) we would never go back again. Thumbs down on this dining experience :(

We dined at your restaurant last Friday and I was very disappointed. I had never visited a Ruth's Chris before but I had heard only good reviews. I expected impeccable service and to-die-for food. I got neither. Our steaks were good, not outstanding and the wait staff flubbed our order several times. Your servers should visit the Selu Cafe and take lessons from their employees.
