Terrible steak. My first steak was burnt to a crisp, I sent it back. The second steak was full of fat and I could hardly chew it. The flavor was horrible. The manager comped the steak. I would never go back. The whole terrible deal lasted 2 hours. DO NOT EAT there I feed my dog way better than what they serve.
We went there on 10/06/2015, first time we had ever been. The service was good however, the steaks we very tough and for the money we spent on one meal (which was al-a-cart) we would never go back again. Thumbs down on this dining experience :(
The Steak is my favorite never had such an amazing steak like that food is really good
I was very impressed, loved every bite , it was my sisters birthday , and they treated us like they been knowing us for years!
We love Ruth Chris !! One of our favorite restaurants in Cherokee !!!
Great food. The best sweet potatoes ever!! But be prepared to spend the money.
Me and my lady were there last night great food and service we will be coming again!
I love this place. Awesome meal!!!! I can't wait to go back.
We dined at your restaurant last Friday and I was very disappointed. I had never visited a Ruth's Chris before but I had heard only good reviews. I expected impeccable service and to-die-for food. I got neither. Our steaks were good, not outstanding and the wait staff flubbed our order several times. Your servers should visit the Selu Cafe and take lessons from their employees.
