I have had great experiences at Ruth Chris in Cherokee many times, but last night was the worst service, food was cold and had wait for an hour for that and it wasn't even crowded
My Sister and I had one of the best dinners ever and fantastic service. Great time by all�
The food was good the service is lacking even at the bar .Everyone got bread but not I which was ok I did not want it but it was not offered. The man down from us got upset he ordered cheesecake never got it. It was a little busy for a Monday night but not enough that there was a 45 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar.probably won't go back unless it is my only option.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and super service. We hope to be back very soon!

Wonderful meal and service was great !!! Brussel Sprouts are amazing
Good food, but slow service. We had a group of 8. It took an hour for our food to arrive and nearly another hour to get the checks taken care of. Desserts ended up To-Go because of the slow service.
We had a great dinner. We were seated earlier than our reservation and was quickly greeted with water. Our server was busy and it took a couple minutes to get to us. Once our service began, everything was timely. Jacob was engaging and he made sure our drinks stayed full. Nice to have this kind of restaurant in Cherokee!
We always eat here. Food and service are exceptional.
