The 16oz ribeye steak was awesome, cooked to perfection! The service staff was another thing...You would think after paying for a meal like that, you would get better service ! Sitting at the bar, waitress gets my drink wrong, then doesn't understand what she had done. When the drink runs out, is NO where to be seen. Had to get another one to wait on me...they seemed like the customers were not that important!

My sister and I reservations. Requested dinning room both at that time ( sister is disabled). One hour past time that was given, we sat at our table another 30min waiting for water/bread. Because we were two single ladies we were treated like we were second class to couples. Our waiter was great once our food arrived, but it was the whole experience there that made me decide that the food court it is or the Buffet! We had a great meal yesterday and service was great , we eat there every time we go to Cherokee love this Ruth Chris better than the one close to us,but I don't think you can beat Ruth Chris anywhere.
We were there for a New Year celebration. The food is always awesome. Just love the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Believe me, they had me at lobster. What a great dish!!! Our sevice was outstanding. Our waiter Patrick and his lovely wife Chelsea was outstanding and grasous. Can't wait to go back:)
Everything was good just the steak was to dry and cooked extra well done ! And server was not on top of drinks
The petite ribeye with all the add ons and service was fantastic!! This was our second time to eat here. We will be back
I was with a group of four. We were all very happy with our food and service. The two who got steak said it was the best ever. I loved my sea bass, and the lamb chops were great, as were the cocktails. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
We always enjoy it here in Cherokee,NC! Great food,excellent service! Prices extremely reasonable! I would give 10 stars if possible!
