I negotiated a purchase with Scott over the phone, came in and signed the paperwork, which took less than 15 minutes and was on my way. Then he delivered the car to my daughter (with balloons tied to the mirrors) and took specal care to explain the car's features. He made my 16 year old daughter feel very cofortable and special. I consider this to be my best car buying experience. Scott's the best!
GM at RUSTY WALLIS VOLKSWAGEN SAYS, "BUYER BEWARE" – Purchased a 2004 Passat Wagon 5 weeks ago. I went to the dealership today to discuss the terms of the purchase agreement....at time of purchase, I was told that it was certified when, in fact, it was not. worst service!!!!!!! At Rusty Wallis Volkswagen!!!!! – We received the worst service at Rusty Wallis Volkswagen. When we purchased our 2006 Jetta, it already had 6000miles on it. It needed repairs, for example it had a broken air vent, a broken leather strap and a scratch on the back bumper. We left several messages for the Manager Scott for assistance on correcting these issues. We never heard back from him. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!!!! – I PURCHASED A 2005 VW-JETTA AND ON THE WAY HOME IT HAD A PULL TO THE RIGHT SO I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER RESOLVED EVEN TO THE POINT OF THE GENERAL MANAGER NOT HELPING AND ME BEING TOLD THE CAR WAS MADE TO PULL TO THE RIGHT AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM!
