Aaron was terrific. It was the firs time I met her and she was totally professional and efficient. I took it in for a tire pressure light. She noticed that I had my registration sticker in the car but not put on yet and she asked if I wanted to go ahead and have it inspected and put the stickers on. I had no idea that I could get my car inspected at the dealership. Done.
Evan Steele goes above and beyond to provide truly exceptional service on a consistent basis. He's the best.
Woul like to mention service rep :Larry" was above par, kind considerate and should be used as a service rep to guage all others, we will be bringing our car in to Larry from now on, we were very impressed with him.
I was leaving for a trip to New Orleans the day my car broke. I called the dealership 2 and a half hours before closing time. They were willing to try to get the car done in that short amount of time. They then were able to do it. The service people went above and beyond. It was fabulous. The price was cheaper than we expected also. What a bonus!!
This is the third or fourth time I have used Rusty Wallis and I always have a great experience. There is other dealerships that are much closer to my home but I keep coming back to Rusty Wallis because of the friendly and honest staff. Evan Steele is a great service advisor who keeps you updated while your car is being worked on and takes the time to explain everything.
Evan took my car on very short notice on the day I needed. Everyone accomodated my crazy work schedule and made me feel like their only customer! Seemed pricey for a checkup, but I love my Volkswagon! The alignment price was very reasonable.
Evan is truly extraordinary. His amazing service is likely to sell a lot of volkswagons. His services is better than I have had at dealerships that are renowned for their service. I hope he is recognized for his great work.
