Exceptional service Exceptional service from the start to the end.
Aaron was terrific. It was the firs time I met her and she was totally professional and efficient. I took it in for a tire pressure light. She noticed that I had my registration sticker in the car but not put on yet and she asked if I wanted to go ahead and have it inspected and put the stickers on. I had no idea that I could get my car inspected at the dealership. Done.
Evan Steele goes above and beyond to provide truly exceptional service on a consistent basis. He's the best.
Best I have had my car for 3 years and by far this has been the best experience I have ever had each and every time I have come in for work.
My service visit (first one ever) at Rusty Wallis was terrific. Evan Steele was really helpful in explaining the issues with my W-8 and how to deal with them. Evan and his team made every attempt to resolve the problem in a conservative manner. This lays a good foundation for trust.
Woul like to mention service rep :Larry" was above par, kind considerate and should be used as a service rep to guage all others, we will be bringing our car in to Larry from now on, we were very impressed with him.
Always very professiona Evan is always very professional and yet makes our visit such a pleasant experience treating us as he has known us for years! He is always willing to help even with a recent incident we had and we had to call him for help - he immediately began to troubleshoot over the phone to help us!
I was leaving for a trip to New Orleans the day my car broke. I called the dealership 2 and a half hours before closing time. They were willing to try to get the car done in that short amount of time. They then were able to do it. The service people went above and beyond. It was fabulous. The price was cheaper than we expected also. What a bonus!!
Usually having your car serviced is a dreadful experience, Rusty Wallis does not fit in that field, call, done, leave....great!
