Richard in the service department was great. The two ladies at the cashier desk in the service center were very pleasant.
Service consultant always provides prompt attention to our needs. The service at the dealership is excellent. This is certainly one of the reasons why we now have four Volkswagens in our family.
Rusty Wallis has been our dealership of choice for the past 11 years. Jeff Fagen has provided wonderful service and he is the only person my wife trusts with her car - both our previous Jetta and now our new Passat. Al Wagner did a wonderful job of taking care of us and getting us in our new Passat!
I had bought 3 trucks from another dealership. I went back for the fourth one just to find out that loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. My experience at rusty was like if I was a lifetime customer from Al my sellsman to both managers that were involved.

Scott Pittenger and Jason Daniels were so helpful in finding me a new car. They are great guys and you dealership made me feel comfortable. I did start out the dealership on Lemon and it just too busy and I just didn't get a good feeling about the place. But I did at your dealership and Scott and Jason are great employees.
