After a hiccup and some delays outside of anyone's control, we picked up our new Telluride yesterday. Not only did this dealership go above and beyond to have everything complete and ready for our arrival to ensure we could get everything done quickly, they even remembered to pull the license plate frame from our trade-in and have it on the new car - my husband and I completely forgot about it! We absolutely LOVE Rusty Wallace Kia Knoxville! Josh worked so hard for us and we really felt he was in our corner! He worked with us to make sure we got a payment we could afford on our brand new 2020 Kia Soul! Josh fought for us when other dealerships wouldn't. I highly reccomend purchasing a vehicle from Josh!
