James Gordon III is wonderful. I can't say enough nice things about him. Please see him when ;you come in. I had to have a repair done on my previous Soul. Their service department is great. They explain everything to you and why ii is necessary. My car was taken for repair at the exact appointment time. Their waiting room, etc. is very comfortable and my car was repaired in a very short time.
This was my first time getting a new car. James was assisting me and was so patient and helpful, especially on the test drive of my 2020 Kia Sportage S! I was very nervous of the technology while driving, but James explained everything to me so well. This a great group of people and I would recommend anyone to James!
