After talking with one of Baltimores Finest, around the downtown area, we told him we were from Texas & looking for an out of this world Seafood Experince around the area & he recommended Rusty Scupper, & he was right on point. The customer we received was 5-Star, the appetizers we ordered, ( oyster sampler & French onion soup ) were excellent. My sister, niece and I met with our Baltimore cousins for dinner and the food and atmosphere was amazing. If you are visiting the Baltimore Harbor area and looking for a 5 Star restaurant, Rusty Scupper is the place to go.

It was an awesome experience,the ambience was nice.It was my Babes birthday and he enjoyed himself.The food was great to.I couldn't eat it all the crabcakes were so big..I would definitely go again.
