Being that I am native Baltimorean, this restaurant has been a staple in the top places that I would send out of town guests to. However after tonight, I will take make reservations in sending them here. The cream of crab soup was lukewarm and pasty, our entrees were lacking in seasoning and the meal was very rushed. So rushed we didnt get any bread or was offered anything besides water to drink. My spouse and I were very disappointed. Fantastic place, great food, great service and a great view.
Always a favorite Inner Harbor spot. As an early Valentine's dinner, my husband and I went on Friday, February 9, 2017. I had a blackened scallop special with lump crab meat. The meal was tremendous. Our waiter Dan was outstanding and as always the atmosphere is second to none. It's always a special night when we treat ourselves to the Rusty Scupper.🦀🦐🐟
Great service but overrated in general for the prices. View was amazing. Food quality definitely wasn't worth the price.

The celebration was for an 85 year old and some of the invited guests were elderly. Elevators only went to 2nd floor. Event was on upper level which required using stairs. No restrooms either. Not handicapped assessable.
Everything was fabulous except we were not allowed inside the restaurant for brunch prior to our seating time. It was a bit cold standing outside in February.
