Outstanding service. The gentleman took the time to ask questions to determine the best product for me. He then spent a great deal of time explaining the item and how best to use it and different techniques. VERY knowledgeable.

Top notch service. I just received my Wenonah Prism canoe, and Ron and the staff spent a total of four hours with me on the two weekends I was there. They answered every question I had. Ron emailed me with shipping updates. They gave me coffee every time I was there, and even offered me some of Nate's birthday cake. They installed my roof rack, and gave me a good deal on it. Ron knows EVERYTHING about paddling, and he is happy to share his knowledge with you. Drop in, listen, and learn. This place is a rare gem.
