Have been there twice in the past week, just to get information on purchasing a new kayak. Always friendly, and always helpful. They are FULL of knowledge.

Rusted Moon has customer service OFF. THE. CHARTS. fantastic! I needed a pair of ski boots fitted and molded better to my heel and the amount of time, explanation and general care given to make sure the product was what I needed was incredible. Absolutely going back here for gear. I gladly give my money to places who prioritize their people! Well done, RMO!
Highly recommend Rusted Moon Outfitters. Ron helped me select new canoe and rack for our car. I told Ron what I wanted in canoe. He helped me select Wenonah 15' Prospector. Great boat in tandem which can be paddled solo by setting reverse in the front seat. Awesome boat looking forward to many adventures in the canoe. As far as the rack. When you buy rack at RMO you get free installation and if you buy another car they will removed and install for life of the rack.
Very knowledgeable and patient. I'm in the process of buying a kayak with all the bells and whistles, a lil than what I wanted to spend, but was not pressured at all for the sale. Can't wait for my future purchases! Thanks Rusted Mood Outfitters!
