To start, he ice machine had nothing in it despite the restaurant being completely empty. The sauce is just tomato water, the baked ziti tasted like literally nothing at all, and after getting my order wrong, my parmesan meatball sandwich was also totally void of flavor of any kind, and the bread was somehow soggy and soft despite it being "fresh" made. 0/10, not coming back.
