Order from them once in awhile. However this time they forget half the order, the response is from the manager that they have other deliveries to deliver and that’s why it’s taking so long. What? Horrible service and rude staff. A little hostile if you ask me.
What a waste of time! After spending time ordering online, my credit card being charged, and getting a confirmation email, I arrive to be informed their online system does not work! Such a waste of time! They are not nearly as busy as a they used to, so after my experience and reading the latest reviews it is signs this place is near the end. The service was absolutely horrible!!! Our server was Kurt T. Not once did he ask us if we need refills or anything seeing as it took 45 minutes (and it wasn’t even the whole order) to get our food. Then when we finally got his attention and ask him for refills for our kids it was as though we were bothering him. Let me start off by saying, I used to love this place...The service has always been slow when dining in the restaurant, but now you can’t even get a drink refilled. The last time I went, the menus were filthy. So, we started only having pizza delivered to the house. Now, when our pizza comes it’s either cold or burnt. Sure, you can call and they will send out another one, but that means you’re waiting for nearly two hours.
Wow. You guys treated us so bad tonight. I have never had service that was so demeaning and disrespectful. After working as an oncology nurse all day and then taking my family to eat dinner because I’m worn out, I was blindsided. Waitstaff and management were equally to blame for the most horrible experience I have ever had. Terrible and embarrassing.
There’s nothing I love more than their spaghetti with meatballs. Yum! Their service could use some help though. No drinks refills and no bread.
