Went in today for lunch waited 10 minutes to get drinks. Placed my order my buddy placed his order about 25 minutes later he was served food and the one and only server forgot to put my order in. She offered to put it in but then let me know it would take 15 to 20 minutes before it would be ready she also did not care that she forgot to put my order in I will not be back I do not recommend this place.

Don’t order from Russo’s in Pflugerville unless tou want to throw away $18. The food barely covered half of the plate and we ordered a Trio! The manager had the nerve to tell me corporate chefs from the Russo company had come into their restaurant to check on quality control and portions size and now they’re following their recommendations!!! WHAT??? Did they adjust the price to reflect the diminished amount of food? Hell no!! The manager, Felipe, was clueless and didn’t offer anything to rectify this problem! Unacceptable!!... read more

The dinner dishes ate delicious, had the pesto pasta, and it was outstanding. They need to improve the atmosphere for outdoor dinner. And we had a class a waiter, very pleased
I ordered food. It took over an hour to get it, it was cold once it arrived, the pasta that I paid $13.00 for was barely enough for one person and the bread looked like it was made earlier in the day refrigerated and then barely warmed up before being delivered! My total order was 90 dollars! Highly highly disappointed!
Keeps you on hold forever... they won't even let me place 1 item before putting you on hold. Phone service has gotten ridiculous. Food is good but getting orders are awful.
We went yesterday 6.19.2020, we were a party of 6 ordered 2 sandwiches, a pasta sampler and a pizza, it took an hour to get the pizza. The rest of the food was being brought in parts. So we all ate a different times. Overall it took 2 hours for the entire order to come out. Food was ok. Server was nice and seemed nervous, table next to us waited over an hour for a salad!
