RecommendedRusso’s NY is one of the best Italian restaurants in Pflugerville. I have been here numerous times. The service is excellent, and staff are always top notch and friendly. Lunch specials and dinner entrees are always delicious and very affordable. I always recommend this location to friends and look forward to visiting again. 5 Forks :-))
Love the food and service. It can be a little crazy. But when, you have a great establishment. Of course, they are going to be busy. Be patient 😊

The service was horrible yesterday. One waitress for the entire restaurant (25%) capacity. She wasn’t beIng careful during these times. No mask being worn by her, the manager nor the cooks. The food was cold and had to get my own water. Won’t go back.
Overlooking the service because everyone is stressed right now. But I was excited to try this place because I heard such good things from friends. But I was horribly disappointed. The NY calzone was small for the price, and it had so much cheese I couldn’t taste the meat. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, and also soggy. Love Russo's... took my son and grandson there for lunch. Our waitress was so sweet. My son is military and lunch was a thank you for his service. Made this proud mamma cry. We have been several times and food is always great and service amazing. Thank you so much.
My daughter had some friends there to celebrate her 11th birthday and we ordered the party pizza. It was ginormous and so delicious. We'll definitely be back! Excellent experience!
While the first time we went there was excellent because of our waiter, the last 3 times have been awful service wise with 3 different waiters. We never got refills, had to ask for the complimentary bread, was never checked on by our waiter throughout the whole meal and had to flag them down to get our check. They were all more concerned about the bigger table that were ordering more food and drinks. I had to flag down another waiter just to get a to go box.
