Cold cheese pizza delivered - so much that the cheese was hardened. Cannoli Shell was stale and the filling was like soup in the Togo container - was none in the Shell. Disappointing to say the least $25 bucks down the drain. My family and I have Never had poor quality at Russo’s before.
RecommendedThe dinner dishes ate delicious, had the pesto pasta, and it was outstanding. They need to improve the atmosphere for outdoor dinner. And we had a class a waiter, very pleased
I ordered food. It took over an hour to get it, it was cold once it arrived, the pasta that I paid $13.00 for was barely enough for one person and the bread looked like it was made earlier in the day refrigerated and then barely warmed up before being delivered! My total order was 90 dollars! Highly highly disappointed!
I ordered the family deal of 2 large pizzas and what I thought was at least a medium sized salad and a kids fettuccine alfredo. When I picked it up the salad was in the same bag as the kids alfredo. The pizza was so greasy and salty and the salad was warm and wilted. The fettuccine was about 3 or 4 small spoonfuls. We will not be going back.
Keeps you on hold forever... they won't even let me place 1 item before putting you on hold. Phone service has gotten ridiculous. Food is good but getting orders are awful.
Recommendedwe tried the Buffalo chicken Ranch and the NY pizza with gluten free crust, it was all delicious!! we will definitely be back

We went yesterday 6.19.2020, we were a party of 6 ordered 2 sandwiches, a pasta sampler and a pizza, it took an hour to get the pizza. The rest of the food was being brought in parts. So we all ate a different times. Overall it took 2 hours for the entire order to come out. Food was ok. Server was nice and seemed nervous, table next to us waited over an hour for a salad! And the worst part was that when manager came out to apologize, he said it was the servers fault! I would never like to work for someone like him. All he ha... read more
Horrible service!!!! For dine in at the time i went was 4:00 some of the staff was having lunch and they didn’t seem to care to help out at all. Especially this lady in the picture she is was more worried about being on the phone with who I’m guessing is the owner of the store Mohamed cause she kept calling him every five minutes to complain that she couldn’t figure out how to print out a receipt for the closing of the cash drawer for the earlier shift and she was being loud that it was uncomfortable and not able to enjoy my... read more
