The service was horrible yesterday. One waitress for the entire restaurant (25%) capacity. She wasn’t beIng careful during these times. No mask being worn by her, the manager nor the cooks. The food was cold and had to get my own water. Won’t go back.

Pizza ingredients are not good. They false advertise and won’t honor free delivery unless you spend a certain amount.
RecommendedOur family decided they wanted Italian for dinner so we decided to support one of our community restaurants so we went with you. our food got here a little more than late but it was still very warm and Amazing! we love you Russo's and it's ok you were late , we understand🙂
First time we went it was alright, so went again and extremely dissatisfied. The salad was very warm and soggy, didn’t eat it, the meal was cold, and service was not what was experienced the first time. Very disappointed.
Asked for a delivery and they said it would be better if I pick up my order. You said delivery was free during the quarantine. You should be able to find my home. Especially after I told you how to get her. Will not be back.
Overlooking the service because everyone is stressed right now. But I was excited to try this place because I heard such good things from friends. But I was horribly disappointed. The NY calzone was small for the price, and it had so much cheese I couldn’t taste the meat. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, and also soggy.
