Fabulous food. Terrific atmosphere. Wonderful wait-staff. A lovely step back in time. Super-special place right in the heart of Chicago's Loop. Can't wait to go back. You can see the Art Institute from their door!
Russian Tea Time has become a tradition with us since our oldest started the university of Chicago. Every time we visit we're amazed at the service and outstanding foods. It's always a highlight of our trip!!
