While I am not a Russian cuisine aficionado, I loved this place! We got a sampler meal, and I loved every food item on both our appetizer and entrée plate. We also had several of the house-infused vodkas, which were great! The atmosphere was classy, and our waitress was extremely knowledgable about the dishes, as well as Russian food and culture in general. I would definitely come back and/or recommend it to others!

After spending the day at The Field Museum we had dinner at The Russian Tea House. We had the dinner for two sample plates and were not disappointed! Excellent food and service!
Very good restaurant. Excellent food and endless stream of tea to drink. Conveniently located to the Art Institute and the CSO Center. A MUST EAT THERE, especially on concert nights
Not happy with meal I am Russian and felt I will come back for tea, bread and vodka only
