This dealership was terrible. You should avoid it like the plague. I went in to take a look at a 2016 Toyota Camry SE that was being advertised on their website and CarGurus listing for about $15900. I emailed a sales representative about getting the out the door price but she was reluctant and insisted for me to come into the dealership. They advertised a new Jeep track hawk for 108,000.00. I called and spoke to Patrick who agreed. I told them I would drive there. It's about a 45 minute drive. On the way there he called to make sure I was coming. Upon arrival they played me and demanded 128,000.00 These people are crooks.

In fact, we have an addendum displayed on the vehicle showing a market adjustment to reflect the going market rate. Nonetheless, I want to make sure that we don't upset any customers. Did the 108k come from the window sticker plus tax or was this price given to the customer by our sales person Patrick? Thank you and I hope to come to an agreeable resolution.
False advertising - the price you see on their website and have in conversations is NOT what you'll receive once you show up to the dealership.

I had a very similar experience to many of the other reviews. And am dubious of the responses as they seem to track with a lack of professionalism. This feels like a top-down company where the most senior people in charge have set up a pretty toxic work environment and I feel badly for the folks at the bottom who are stuck forced to do shady things in the name of earning a few dollars. I went to this dealership because I wanted to buy my father a car. It should have been a simple straight forward deal, because they had the car I wanted with an advertised price of $22,639. The car had been advertised for that price since Febuary 20, 2021. However, as soon as I got there, they insisted the car could not be purchased at the advertised price. I'm a veteran and this placed tried everything in their power to rip me off. I was disrespected, and they milked my time because they knew at the end they wouldn't be able to slide their scams by me. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger. I received the offer through Capital One (which the dealer posts the offered price in their database). The offer was for $24,000 and a 4.85% APR over 6 years. Awful customer service. I felt as though they wanted me to sell a car to myself. While trying to work out a deal over the phone due to my location, they took my info and had me fill out a credit app only to not return my call or put any effort into selling me the vehicle. I already had a check ready to be sent to purchase the vehicle only for them to miss badly on this deal so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Once again customer service is not a top priority for this dealership.

These guys are a bunch of of scam artist. I took my keep in because they fixed an issue with the transmission then I had them replace my master cylinder. They said oh the trans fluid was low and o said well that "not true because I just had my friends at pep boys check the oil about 2 weeks ago. They wrote works great now. I took it off the lot and the tranny was more screwed up before I left it. Got charged 1500 and they didn't even change the bulb .
