I purchased a used 2022 Lexus GX460 from *** Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on September 13, 2022. The vehicle has a deep scratch in the rear passenger door that goes all the way down to bare metal. I was never informed about the Chrysler's rental reimbursement policy (5 - 10 days). The service adviser told me to extend the car rental for another week via texts, and now I'm only getting half of the reimbursement. I called multiple times and left several messages and they have ignored my phone calls. They can do better. Very bad customer service.
I bought a 2019 Infinii from this place..My navigation was not working.I was told to take my truck to a Infiniti dealer to do an update. Infiniti dealer told me the sim card was missing.When I contacted the sales manager **** I was told by him that I had to by the sim card. The worst dealership, they do not answer the phone, and when they do they are extremely unhelpful like the Service manager Hector. Extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable at all. Even the reception was unpleasant and uncaring.
Stay away! Absolute Frauds! They will never see my Business Again. In November 2021 I Spent in excess of 6K to effect several repairs including the AC on Our Dodge Durango. The work was under warranty for one year. The AC had never worked well since the initial repair. We've taken it back several times. Now they want another 5K to repair leeks in the AC, that was never properly repaired in the 1st place and they are not honoring the 1 year Warranty issued from the initial repair. Took in my vehicle to get checked before purchasing extended warranty on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took in after 2 weeks due to a check engine and was denied claim due to pre existing condition that their mechanics said inspected and found no issues. Alan in finance cancelled my warranty and told me I would get reimbursed. It's been over 5 weeks and I keep getting excuses. Called the warranty dept and my contract is still active. Have left several messages and emails. Worst customer service!!!

I apologize for the delay in getting this handled. JM&A (the warranty company) is showing that the policy has been cancelled effective 3/14/2022, processed today and will be sent to the lienholder. It normally take 10 working days from the processing date to issue the check that will be applied to the principle of the loan.
I was ready to buy a Jeep today and traveling from Las Vegas to make the purchase. Shortly after speaking with Jake a manager, I quickly decided never to do business with this company. He's unprofessional and his ego is too big to be dealing with the public and has no customer service skills. He's deeming, rude and felt laughing at me was the proper response to my questions. I took my RAM Promaster City in to Russell Westbrook as they said there was a recall on the engine using too much oil. They would check it's usage over 1,500 miles which they did and said that it did need a new engine as the oil consumption was high. Booked it in for the engine swap and after 2 days I was called to say the engine mounts were damaged/bad/worn and needed replacing at a cost of over $1,100. plus sales tax, for the parts only and they would not charge me the labor as the engine had to be taken out anyway. The worst experience I have ever had. First I was Not fully informed about the repair diagnostic fees and warranty coverage then was still charged for fees even after they said it would be removed. Now , even after paying in full I am still "on the waiting list" for a loaner car so my car has been waiting over 3 weeks to get repaired even though they have the the new part in stock and it has been fully paid by me.avoid this dealership at all costs do not bring your car here
