I leased a new truck with them July 6 today is August 15. They have not paid off my trade-in and we are on a month and a half. California Vehicle Code ******* states 21 days to pay off we are beyond that And I cannot get no assistance from anyone and on top of that this Ram at 1500 miles has already been in the shop for safety issues reverse camera does not come on all the time. I honestly wish I never purchased from these guys.
Horrific experience start to finish.If you're expecting customer service, pleasant demeanor or even common courtesy you should absolutely look somewhere else.This dealership has the shadiest sales tactics I have ever seen. They scam you on your warranty. We purchased a 2015 jeep in 2018. With a 7 year waaranry from date of last service. They never reported the service before they sold me the car so the last service date was the original one out of the factory. So they still three years of a warranty from me by simply not recording it. Tried calling and they give you a run around on the phone and then lead you to a voicemail box and never returns. I brought my car to the dealership June 9 for an engine failure. Was told the shop was backed up but due to my car being in an "emergency" condition they would accept the car. When I spoke to my service advisor, *****, he had informed me it could take 7-10 business days to receive information on the inspection. Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, nothing major. Upon completion of the services I drove off the lot, my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 began to make a loud bang noise and drive a little strange. I pulled over and inspected the vehicle, to my surprise one of my wheels was missing 4 out of 5 lug nuts.
