This doctor should take a customer service class. I still have problems with my feet but will not see this doctor again because of how he treated me. He acted bored by my problem and looked like he would rather be anywhere than working.
My MD sent a referral to cournoyer bc of a bad bunion on my foot. It was causing great pain. I went to him, he pretty much told me I was over reacting, it didn’t look too bad. I told him I’m on my feet all day for work. He told me to wear these soft felt pads and to go home. I told him I couldn’t bc my feet get wet and they’ll be destroyed. Said I would figure it out if I was in pain
Pretty awful experience, I would recommend seeking podiatry care elsewhere. A bit of traumatic experience was had during a recent consult- and unfortunately the spirit of misogyny was on full display- after describing excruciating foot, and what seems like nerve pain, Dr. Conoyer, actually said out loud, “You are definitely over reacting”. Reckless. Unprofessional.
