My son purchased a car from there had it for 3 weeks the axle broke and then they wanted to charge him after 3 weeks of having the car for the axle their cars has issues.

My fiancee and I bought a van from Russell Smith Auto. We have had a really great experience. The people that work here, in our experience, have been very professional and helpful. Only a couple of weeks after purchasing our vehicle we had an issue with one of the axles. The car would shake when it came to a stop and it turns out it was almost completely broken in half. Russell Smith Auto is full of bs, my friend got a car from them the 1st day his starter went out, then on top of that 2 weeks later the payment is due, the whole back end, the tire rod lock up on us while on the highway, then one of the customer service Representative stated that my friend was involved in a wreck, but with no damage to the car, but it was a wreck they say.
