Shady business practices. I would definitely not buy another phone here. They insist that you purchase SEVENTEEN DOLLAR/MONTH insurance on your phone. When I emailed Verizon to ask about the insurance they said that was absolutely not ok and I should not have been forced to purchase that insurance. They also charge you a $25 "setup" fee on top of the $40 activation fee, even if they don't set up the phone for you.
