My engagement ring and my wedding band were both custom made through Russell and Ballard. They are both beautiful quality pieces. Plus, there are many perks when you purchase your diamonds there.

They were special ordering a stone for me and it came in the wrong size. It was supposed to take less than two weeks for the stone we ordered and placed in my ring. It ended up taking closer to two months. They did not charge for the stone or to reset my ring. It is beautiful. Thank you!
