The team at Russell and Ballard welcomed me warmly with each visit I've had there. Ken assisted me with his expertise of finding/designing the perfect ring for my significant other. For the ideal ring to be delivered so beautifully and precise, I can't go a day without seeing her ring and also being reminded of how helpful Russell and Ballard Jewelers was for it. Additionally, we matched my ring to hers, and when I received it today, I knew that a review was needed for someone else to hopefully have this feeling of joy.

My engagement band has a unique setting and I struggled to find a wedding band that would fit properly. I went to several other stores and was given little to no options. The staff at Russell & Ballard was extremely kind and helpful every step of the way, and they customized a wedding band to fit my engagement ring perfectly! They had it done within 24 hours and I couldn't be happier with the wedding band. I highly recommend them!
