The building is beautiful, and the staff was friendly from the time we walked in to check-in, met with the medical staff, and checked out. Dr. Betcher is great. He is personable, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining technical information in layman's terms. He is not overaggressive, doesn't try to push surgical procedures. He is all about trying non-evasive procedures first. Overall experience was great
