Dr. Betcher and his staff were excellent in their kindness and caring and taking the time with any questions and concerns I had with my hip and surgery . Dr. Betcher is the best surgeon for what I needed and I fully trusted him and his staff.
Besides being an expert at what he does, Dr. Betcher is like if Mr. Rogers were Appalachian and also a surgeon. And both of my surgeries have gotten me back in my sports, so I’m pretty happy with his work. The Powell front desk staff seem like they’re on their last straw when I’m there, but they’re still polite and professional. And the place also does urgent care, so I don’t blame them. The nurses are usually smiling and nice.
