Outstanding Customer Service – What an outstanding customer service I had at Russel Mazda, my sales consultant was Jorge c. and he was great! As soon as I walked in he greeted me and automatically wanted to know what I needed, and what I needed was a car! Not only did he show me the car but we also test drove it. I just want to say a good word about the fellow who washed my car this past Tuesday. When taking my car to be washed, he noticed that the air pressure was low on my 07 Jetta. He went ahead and added pressure to the point where the alert light went out. This is the second time he has done this and it is very much appreciated.Service like this creates a very favorable impression for Russel and should be rewarded. First, I would like to thank you for finally changing the times that you perform oil changes and other small services. It certainly is more convenient to be able to bring your car in for a 3pm oil change when you are a working person yourself. THANKS AGAIN.
