Job well done! – If I had to pick a perfect place to buy a car this would be it! I was not happy about having to get a new car after my car broke down, but the staff at Russel Mazda made my experience a pleasure. They kept me within my budget while meeting all my needs. They even got me GPS in my car! I left in a better mood than I came and in my book that is a job well done!
A visit worth sharing – When I drove on to the lot I was greeted by many smiling faces. I was very guarded as I entered the dealership and I did not want to be swarmed. But at Russel Volkswagen I was not pressured and no one attacked me as soon as I got there. I was given time to look around I was approach in a calm fashion. It made the whole experience very easy to handle.
Staff that cant be matched! – Across the board I only have good things to say about Russel Subaru. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was excellent. The inventory was stocked and I ended up driving off the lot in beautiful new car. I could not have done it without the staff. They were so helpful and really put my mind at ease during the whole process
What I wanted! – Thank you Randy for humoring me with a search for a green 2010 subaru. Although the purchase felt spontaneous, I had spent a lot of time last year researching vehicles and after test driving the vehicle in November I knew it was what I wanted! I am very excited to have this vehicle and I am confident it will serve me well.
Impressed with the Staff. – Excellent place to buy a car and have it serviced correctly and with the customer in mind. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was met with a smile and they made sure I had all my questions answered. I love the facility. Wi-Fi was available when I was there. Please go check out what they can do. They are excellent.
Pleasant experience – I have nothing but praise to give to the Folks at Russel Volkswagen. They greeted me with a smile and then passed it along to me as I left. I left happy and satisfied and with a beautiful car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Rode Along! – I especially was impressed that my service advisor and the mechanic took the time to ride in the vehicle with me for a few minutes so I could show them what I was hearing. They were able to diagnose and fix it after that.

Very Nice Ride – Brandon Chestnutt was very pleasant, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and called to inform me that my vehicle was ready before the expected time.
