I have been going to Russ’ restaurants ever since I was a kid anywhere from Grand Haven to Holland and it’s always been wonderful!

The mini gourmet salad with French dressing is AMAZING!!! I LOVE IT. Actually everything is awesome there.
Our favorite breakfast spot - the Muskegon one - love the cleanliness, the staff, the always hot and ready breakfast and the hot coffee. We usually leave a good tip cause the service is so great. Laurie is our favorite waitress, but we haven't had a bad one! My mom grew up with the original Russ in Graafschaap, and we appreciate their family values and the no alcohol environment. Thank you, Russ' family!
We went to Russ on river on Wednesday for dinner about ten minutes after we ordered our server gave us our food and then told us she was leaving. We never got another server for the rest of our meal. 2 of us got the soup salad bar and we had so many plates on our table and servers just walked by never asking us if we wanted refills (all our glasses were empty ) and never offered to remove some of the plates. Usually have good service but this was a big disappointment
