Went your alpine location with my wife about 15 minutes ago and stood to be seated 3 employees saw us and completely ignored us. After 5 minutes of standing we walked out .
The quality and service are not the standards they use to be. Have been to the ones in Holland a couple times in the last year and the tables are still sticky from previous food. The burgers are thin and dry. Still like the soup and salad bar.
I really enjoy all russ’ it’s a weekly date for my daughter and I usually. But with corona virus making that hard to do, we decided to go tonight since it’s been so long. They are doing a great job there with the social distancing, and employees wearing masks! Love russ’ you guys are the best!

poor management told manager about what happened to us with food he was very rude and said what you want me to do give you pickles like really we had hamburger made 2 times already so maybe he could of more understanding but was rude we will just go somewhere else

I stopped at Russ’ today for some takeout. Not only was the food tasty as usual, but I loved the thank you pamphlet that was in my bag. It was a very sweet, heartfelt thank you. I’ll be sharing it on my personal page and encouraging everyone to go. After all, I’ve been going to Russ’ since I was a little girl and I’m now 50!
