Chrysler Dealership I purchased a truck from this dealership recently and was impressed by how well I was treated. I was surprised by how happy everyone seemed. Smartest Decision Ever With the ecomony as terrible as it is i never thought i would be purchasing a new vehicle. Turns out it was the smartest decision i ever made. The incentives on new cars right now is crazy awesome. Champion was very honest and upfront about what they could do for me. It just so happens that i am now driving a Ram 2500. Not Very Helpful on Warranty Claims The dealership was most unhelpful with a recent warranty issue on my Dodge Journey - you would think after buying 2 cars from them in the last two years they would have put forth some effort. Looking back on my experiences at the dealership, I really can't say I am surprised. Horrible Dealer I went to buy a vehicle at this dealer and it was a horrible experience. First thing was they were very rude to me and had me waiting forever before they even gave me a minute of there time. Great Dealership Service I've had good success with this dealership's service department. Just like other places, they may charge for wiper blades on inspection. They often go out of their way to help me each time. I hate to see any bad reviews - I think any bad service is rare at this location. They are very efficient, even will pick up./drop off within the area. Owner is ex bowl player?
SERVICE SUCKED! Talk about service! HA! I went in for a normal oil change and they tried telling me my brakes were bad and a list of other issues! The thing is I might have taken them serious but I had just had new brakes installed not more than 6 months before!!! And to top it off when I was waiting for my oil change a salesman kept trying to get me to buy a new car. He wouldnt leave me alone and even had the finance manager come and bug me about it as well. Professionals. Great John, the manager in used cars is the best. I would reccommend them to anyone. He got me on the phone with the lender for an interview that helped me get my loan. I traded my suv with 67000 miles for an Impala SS with 90000 miles on it and they got me done with no money down, short term with all the fixins. TIME WELL SPENT.
Talk about service!!!!! WOW is all I can say about this family owned business!!!!! Service, service, service. I was treated fairly and as a person and got the best deal on a car I ever have! Service after the sale also. Super friendly and knowlegable staff. I was treated like a human being. This place has been around for over 70 years, and it will be around for much more to come!
