Russ was a great asset to us in buying our home! I was apprehensive about moving to a new area of the country, but Russ enabled us to wisely navigate the different areas of Boston and find the town that would be just right for our family! He was very knowledgeable about the housing market and was able to help us look for the right house for us. Also, his council in negotiating with the sellers was instrumental to helping the sale of this house go through effortlessly as possible! I cannot recommend him more highly!
Russ was great made it easy and comfortable to have my 88 year old Mom sell her home, after 61 years. He worked with us to make the transition from her home of 61 years to my home a breeze. It was hard for her to leave the home she raised her 3 children in and she shared with my Dad who had passed. He made her feel comfortable throughout the process. She is now happily living with me and has no regrets for selling. Russ helped her find a nice young couple with 2 small children to sell too.
It reached a point where I knew I would have to sell my home of 35 years, and I was paralyzed with trepidation.
